1-to-1 Personal Coaching

Fully individualised coaching at UNTIL Marylebone, built around one person. A measured baseline first, then a programme written for your week, with nutrition, recovery and sleep coached alongside the training and a monthly review against agreed outcomes. Direct access to Leigh between sessions.

Baseline Health & Performance Assessment

The measured starting point every programme is built from. A deep-dive across six areas of health and performance, plus a practical read of movement, strength and working capacity, so the first block of coaching starts from evidence rather than assumption. Included in every tier.

Clinical Diagnostics

An advanced blood panel, a DEXA body-composition scan, biomarker analysis and a private physician review, coordinated alongside your coaching. Delivered by Cedars-Sinai Clinic London, translated by Leigh into training and nutrition decisions, and repeated later so the work can be judged.

Online / Remote Coaching

Individual Design: the full methodology, your programming and your nutrition strategy on a monthly retainer, with direct access to Leigh and no fixed session schedule. Built for people whose calendars move, and for those who train confidently alone. In-person sessions can be added.

Recovery, Sleep & Stress Coaching

The half of performance that happens away from training. Sleep addressed structurally, practical breathing and nervous system regulation you can use in a working day, and recovery programmed into the training week rather than hoped for. Included in every tier.

Nutrition Strategy

A nutrition strategy set at the level of the week rather than the meal, with intake and protein matched to your training and your target. Built around travel, client dinners and late finishes from the outset, and informed by your blood work where diagnostics apply.
