The short answer

What a Sprint involves

Sprint is a focused block of 6–12 weeks with a clear target. For when you need to move one or two things decisively, whether that’s an event, a reset after a hard season, or a specific result. Tight scope, measurable outcomes, and a clear view of what comes next.

Like every programme, it starts with a Vitality Profile, so the target is set from where you actually are across the eight elements of health and performance. We measure everything from the start and track progress throughout. You’ll always know exactly where you stand, and exactly what is moving the needle.

A Sprint can deliver a focused result in weeks, but lasting change is built over time. When the block ends, you are re-measured and given a written plan of action for the next step.

How it works

How a Sprint runs

Getting started

Every Sprint starts with a Vitality Profile. Before it, note the target you have in mind and any date it is tied to, how a typical week actually runs, and any current or previous injuries. Wear comfortable training clothing and flat-soled shoes to the assessment.

During your sessions

After your sessions

At the end of the block you are re-measured against the Vitality Profile baseline and receive a written plan of action for the next step, whether that is Build, Sustain or another focused block.

Sprint
questions

Who is a Sprint for?

People who need to move one or two things decisively in a defined window: an event, a reset after a hard season, or a specific result. It suits clients who want a tight scope and measurable outcomes, and it is often a first step before a longer Build or Sustain programme.

How long is a Sprint?

Between 6 and 12 weeks. The length is agreed after your Vitality Profile, based on the target and what it realistically needs. Leigh puts it plainly: twelve weeks to feel a meaningful shift, and six to twelve months to genuinely change, which is why a Sprint is focused rather than broad.

What happens when the Sprint ends?

You are re-measured, the results are reviewed against the target, and you receive a written plan of action for the next step. Some clients move on to Build, our flagship coaching relationship, or to Sustain for a long-term commitment. The choice is talked through with you, with no obligation.

Is remote coaching included?

Yes. Remote coaching is part of every programme, so check-ins, adjustments and support carry on between sessions and when you travel. In-person personal training sessions at our Marylebone studio are delivered within the programme, and the balance between the two is agreed with you at the start.
