Health and Performance Assessment in Marylebone, London
Where every W1 Performance client begins: a 90-minute consultation that maps where you are across the eight elements of health and performance.
The short answer
What the Vitality Profile covers
Every journey begins with a Vitality Profile. A 90-minute consultation that maps where you are across the eight elements of performance: Purpose & Identity, Strength & Fitness, Body Composition, Movement & Biomechanics, General Health, Nutrition, Sleep & Recovery, and Focus & Energy.
We take real measurements, including body composition, grip strength, blood pressure and resting heart rate, alongside a movement screen that shows how you move and can flag anything that decides where your training starts. You leave with a clear picture of what’s working, what isn’t, and where the biggest gains are.
Within 24 hours you receive a written report and plan of action, built from your results and your goals. From there, we agree the right programme together. That could be Sprint, Build or Sustain, or W1 Black for a fully bespoke service. “Before we change anything, we understand everything.”

How it works
What to expect on the day
Getting started
Wear comfortable training clothing and flat-soled shoes, and bring a water bottle. Beforehand, note how a typical week actually runs, how you have been sleeping, any current or previous injuries, and what you want to be different in a year. Bring any recent blood work or health screening results if you have them.
During your sessions
After your sessions
Within 24 hours you receive a written report and plan of action, built from your results and your goals. We then agree the right programme together, and the measures taken become the baseline every later review is judged against.

FAQ
Vitality Profile
questions
How long does the Vitality Profile take?
Ninety minutes, in person at UNTIL Marylebone. It is a deep consultation rather than a brief screening, covering your history, your week, the eight elements of health and performance, and a set of physical measurements. Within 24 hours you receive a written report and plan of action built from the results.
Do I need to be fit to be assessed?
No, and it would rather defeat the purpose. The Vitality Profile exists to establish where you are today, whatever that is. People come in from long training histories and from years away from structured exercise. Both get the same process, and both get a plan built from their own findings.
Is this a medical assessment?
No. The Vitality Profile is a coaching assessment: movement, capacity, history and lifestyle across the eight elements. It does not diagnose anything and it does not replace advice from your GP or a clinician. If you want advanced blood work, a DEXA scan and a physician consultation, that is the clinical assessment package.
What happens after the Vitality Profile?
You receive a written report and plan of action within 24 hours. From there, we agree the right programme together: Sprint for a focused block, Build for our flagship coaching relationship, Sustain for a long-term commitment, or W1 Black for a fully bespoke service. It is talked through with you, with no obligation.
How do I book a Vitality Profile?
Message us on WhatsApp or get in touch through the contact page, and appointments are typically available within a week. If you are not sure yet, a short, no-obligation call of twenty to thirty minutes is always an option first, so you can decide whether the Vitality Profile is the right next step.
